At 1Smile, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellations or no-shows.

Rescheduling is allowed if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

If you fail to provide sufficient notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.​

​We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment one time at no charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time. Any subsequent rescheduling requests will require a new deposit to secure the appointment slot.

In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel the appointment without prior notification, the deposit made to secure the appointment will be retained and will not be refunded.

**Late Arrival Policy:**

We value punctuality and aim to provide timely service to all our clients. Clients are granted a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, a late fee of $20 will be charged.
