BOOKING POLICY

A booking policy is a set of rules and guidelines that govern the process of booking appointments or reservations for a service or product. It outlines the terms and conditions under which a customer can make a booking, such as payment requirements, cancellation policies, and any relevant restrictions or limitations.

• At 1Smile, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Please note:

• The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellations or no-shows.

• Rescheduling is allowed if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

• If you fail to provide sufficient notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.​

• The remaining balance can be paid Cash, Cashapp Zelle or Tap!

• ​​**Rescheduling Policy:**

  • ​We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment one time at no charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time. Any subsequent rescheduling requests will require a new deposit to secure the appointment slot.

• **No Show and No Call Policy:**

  • In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel the appointment without prior notification, the deposit made to secure the appointment will be retained and will not be refunded.

• **Late Arrival Policy:**

  • We value punctuality and aim to provide timely service to all our clients. Clients are granted a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, a late fee of $20 will be charged.
